Harvest Moon Holiday 2020 Art TradesSo once again I'm offering slots for Harvest Moon Fanart Trades for the Holidays!Why you might think this means you should be able to draw anything not related mood for this, I won't understand. Before, my old Harvest Moon Fan Group would offer to do Secret Santa Stuff. I didn't want get hit with a task I may not be able to draw, so I decided years later to more directly offer an art exchange, but on my own terms. Nowadays, the group isn't all that active anymore, but I'm still happy and helpful to continue this new tradition despite its shortcomings.In any case, you want to get in on this Harvest Moon art trade event? Well, here are the rules you'll need to know if you want to get in on the action:1]COMMENT IN THIS JOURNAL ONLY FOR TRADES. This includes Story of Seasons. No Rune Factory Please.* The franchise known in Japan as Bokujo Monogatari already has a huge spread of games with big casts of characters in their own right, so I felt I had to draw a few lines. As much as I love Rune Factory, I want to keep this event to the generally more managble designs of the Bokumono Cast. And, yeah. Apologizes for giving The Lost Valley and other such games the cold shoulder here, but this is my trade event, so my rules. 5]Limit Up to Three Characters on one drawing* There's only so much I can comfortably fit on one piece of paper that I can do with what I feel is an acceptable amount of detail. I would recommend just going as far as two characters, but if you insist, the absolute limit is three. 6]All completed trades must be done in color. It's okay to show lineart as a Work In Progress, but the finished product MUST be colored. I'm coloring all my trades for completion, so I expect the same. 7] No Bases or Character Creator Material Please. I am looking for artwork drawn for scratch, as I am doing the same. My apologies if you feel your drawing style to be inadequate without the former. Also, here are some suggestions that you should also take into account--I Would Not Recommend Couples/Shipping Art- I can be very picky with who I'm willing to draw romantically, so any trade proposals in this direction run a considerable risk in being rejected. You can try, but don't be surprised if I don't accepted. Maybe Winter new clothes, or a Santa outfit or something.Our Wanted Goal Date to exchanging our art trades is December 25th,however, I'm willing to wait as long as it takes, as I know there are people who are likely to be busy over the break. I more or less set this up now to at least offer that chance to make it to that date. At the same time, circumstances so far keep me worried from being able to make that submission as well, so I have to be fair on late art trades all the same.I will also open up five more slots if my current batch is filled up at this time.
